Job Description

Am Law 100 Firm is seeking a highly qualified Securities Litigation Attorney to join our exceptional team. As a pivotal member of our legal team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative legal strategies tailored to complex and high-stakes securities litigation matters.

Job Responsibilities:

Represent clients in securities litigation cases, including class actions, derivative actions, and regulatory investigations.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Engage with clients to provide strategic counsel and guidance throughout the litigation process.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices across various legal disciplines.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, pre-trial, trial, and post-trial activities.
Stay updated on developments in securities law, regulatory changes, and market trends affecting litigation strategies.

Essential Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar admission in California or eligibility to waive into the California bar.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical skills and a careful attention to detail.

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience practicing in securities litigation.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex litigation matters and working on high-stakes cases.
Experience in trial preparation and court proceedings preferred.
Proven track record of successfully representing clients in a litigation setting.

Salary & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $260,000 to $420,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
