In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

As Senior Channel Manager, you will oversee all third-party sales channels, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic growth. Here’s what you’ll tackle day-to-day:

Amazon Management:

Lead Solawave’s Amazon accounts, managing inventory, new product setup, product health, and performance optimization across domestic and international marketplaces. Support Amazon advertising efforts to drive ROI-positive campaigns.

Flash Sale, Partner Drop-Ship, and Marketplace Management:

Cultivate and manage partnerships with 3rd-party platforms to boost sales and brand visibility.
Oversee store integrations, content management, and seamless execution of sales events.
Handle inventory, fulfillment processes, and performance reporting.

Social Commerce Platforms:

Launch and manage operations for platforms like TikTok Shop and Meta Shop.
Optimize store integrations, SKU content, and financial reporting to maximize sales opportunities.

Digital Operations Support:

Act as a backup for digital operations, including Shopify Plus management.
Support product launches, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize online store performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with teams across marketing, product, and customer service to ensure marketplace alignment with company goals.
Build strong relationships with external partners and agencies to amplify growth opportunities.
Lead cross-functional projects, conduct root cause analyses, and establish scalable processes.

Skills you have 🚀

Experience: 5+ years in eCommerce with a focus on Amazon and social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop and Meta Shop.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions.
Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
Organization: Highly detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
