ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, one of the leading PR and communication agencies in Greece, is looking for a Public Affairs Executive to enhance their department.

Public Affairs Executive (5792/PAE/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

Support the development and delivery of public affairs strategies to meet client objectives.
Monitor and analyze political, policy, and regulatory developments at local, national, and international levels, providing actionable insights to clients.
Draft briefing documents, policy papers, and communication materials tailored to stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, and media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry associations, and advocacy groups.
Assist with organizing events, such as roundtables, briefings, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Conduct research to support new business proposals and pitch development.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of political systems, public policy, and regulatory processes.
An excellent communicator, with strong writing and presentation skills.
Experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field (agency experience is a plus).
Demonstrates exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Attributes

A degree in politics, public policy, communications, or a related field
Experience working in public affairs, policy, or corporate communications
1 – 2 years of experience in an agency
Strong research and analytical skills.
