Role Overview
We are looking to appoint two professional and highly motivated Butlers with a passion for wellness and hospitality to join our exclusive team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional service aligned with the standards of a 7-star wellness hotel, creating an atmosphere of luxury, serenity, and comfort for the principal and guests.
The role demands high levels of service, discretion, and adaptability, with a focus on maintaining a wellness-oriented environment and expertise in wardrobe management.

Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence

Deliver outstanding butler services, ensuring all tasks are performed with precision and attention to detail.
Greet and attend to the principal and guests with utmost professionalism and warmth.
Provide personalized services, including meal presentation, valet service, and event assistance.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to serve meals and beverages aligned with wellness preferences and dietary needs.

Wardrobe and Personal Item Management

Organize and maintain the principal’s wardrobe, including seasonal rotations, garment care, and inventory management.
Assist with packing and unpacking luggage, ensuring clothing and accessories are properly stored and handled.
Maintain an impeccable standard for the presentation of clothing, including ironing, steaming, and coordinating outfits as needed.
Stay familiar with luxury fabrics and brands to ensure proper handling and storage.

Wellness Awareness

Maintain a serene and organized environment, aligning with the principal’s wellness goals.
Coordinate with fitness trainers, spa therapists, or wellness professionals for scheduled sessions.
Assist with preparation of wellness-focused amenities such as detox juices, herbal teas, or spa arrangements.
Be knowledgeable about yoga, mindfulness practices, and wellness trends to support the principal’s lifestyle.

Household Management

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order in all service areas.
Liaise with other staff to ensure seamless operations across the property.
Manage household inventories and proactively address maintenance requirements.

Event and Guest Management

Assist in planning and executing small gatherings or private events.
Ensure guests feel welcome and cared for, with services tailored to individual preferences.
Uphold discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Profile
Skills and Experience

Previous Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in high-end hospitality, private household, or luxury yacht service. Experience in wellness-focused environments is a strong advantage.
Service-Oriented: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
Wardrobe Expertise: In-depth knowledge of wardrobe management, luxury brands, and care of fine fabrics.
Wellness Expertise: Knowledge of wellness principles, including dietary preferences, fitness schedules, and relaxation techniques.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to anticipate needs and provide impeccable service.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with smart home systems and luxury service tools is a plus.
