Litigation Associate (Mid-Level) – Orange County

An Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking a full-time Mid-Level Associate to join our Litigation Practice in Orange County. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements:

Experience: 4 to 6 years of litigation experience.
Academic Credentials: Strong academic background.
Skills: Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Professional Background: Experience in a mid to large law firm, including:
- Drafting pleadings and briefs
- Conducting legal research
- Managing traditional and electronic discovery
- Assisting with and/or taking depositions
- Appearing before state and federal courts

Candidates must be in good standing with the California Bar. Federal clerkship experience is a plus.

Practice Summary:

Our Commercial Litigation Practice specializes in business dispute litigation, with extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance, and issues commonly arising in business disputes. Our team includes seasoned trial lawyers who understand the broader business implications and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various industries, such as financial services, accounting, insurance, real estate, eDiscovery, and entertainment. We represent a diverse client base, including national and multinational corporations, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, advertising agencies, architectural firms, and artists in disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters.
