On behalf of our client, a prestigious Group, we are seeking a dynamic, polished, reliable, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support a high-caliber Executive.

Personal Assistant - Ref. (5800/PA/ESS/CY)

Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful, dedicated professional, with a commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. Serving as the Executive’s trusted right hand, the ideal candidate will ensure personal and professional tasks are managed with efficiency, discretion, and excellence.
This is a part-time role with full-time compensation, offering core hours of 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with the expectation of flexibility for occasional after-hours events and ad hoc calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication

Interact professionally with high-level business and social contacts.
Communicate fluently in both English and Greek, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.

Personal Assistance

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
Manage personal and professional appointments, such as medical visits, business meetings, and social engagements.
Maintain a calendar of important dates, prepare notes for review, and assist with the distribution of correspondence.
Prepare messages, greetings, and gifts for key occasions.

Technical & Organizational Tasks

Maintain proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
Adapt swiftly to the Executive’s evolving needs and priorities.

Administrative Support

Handle phone calls, screen inquiries, and take detailed messages.
Draft and compose written communications, including letters, thank-you notes, and congratulatory messages in both Greek and English.
Organize and manage correspondence, ensuring timely responses with the appropriate tone.
Assist with various personal administrative tasks, including managing finances and bill payments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Fluency in English and Greek (written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior executives in high-profile roles.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with AI-powered tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
