Content Delivery Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a Content Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of video content acquisition, evaluation, cataloging, and delivery. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality content standards, managing relationships with creators and clients, and ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. Challenges you would face

Package and deliver video content, metadata, and closed caption files in standardized formats (e.g., mp4, JSON)
Oversee the secure upload and transfer of content to platforms like AWS S3
Validate the integrity, usability, and completeness of delivered files
Manage content intake by coordinating with clients on submission requirements, ensuring technical and quality standards
Evaluate content through ranking systems, conducting manual and automated reviews for quality and relevance
Develop and maintain a cataloging system with accurate tagging, categorization, and metadata assignment
Ensure all content adheres to predefined guidelines, including format, quality, and thematic criteria
Collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific licensing, content packaging, and delivery needs
Optimize workflows, integrate automation tools, and design processes to enhance scalability and efficiency

The ideal candidate

3+ years of experience in content management, digital asset delivery, or a related role
Proven expertise in content quality evaluation and cataloging systems
Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like AWS S3
Proficiency with video and metadata standards, including closed caption files and JSON formatting
Strong organizational and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills for client coordination and cross-functional teamwork
