(Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) – Hamburg or Remote

Role Overview:

As a (Senior) DevOps Engineer (m/f/d), you will work on enhancing and maintaining the infrastructure behind our client’s Enterprise-IoT-Suite. This role is integral to ensuring the scalability and stability of IoT devices and platforms that drive climate-intelligent solutions.

Job Description:

Develop and extend backend infrastructure and software for embedded Linux systems.
Build and maintain LoRaWAN infrastructures for client buildings.
Configure and manage IoT devices based on embedded Linux.
Implement tooling, services, and applications for IoT devices.
Drive product development, evaluate new opportunities, and deliver impactful solutions.
Collaborate with product experts to create the future of smart energy.

Essential Qualifications:

8+ years of practical experience as an Infrastructure Engineer.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Expertise in Linux system administration, particularly for embedded Linux.
Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
Experience in Python, Golang, or similar programming languages.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and running AWS infrastructure.

Desired Experience:

Familiarity with AWS IoT Core, LoRaWAN, or mBUS.
Experience with Java or JVM-based languages like Kotlin.
Understanding of GitLab pipelines.
Background in SRE is a plus.
