Toast is recruiting on behalf of this company for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to drive demand and revenue generation initiatives through strategic marketing programs. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this role involves leading cross-functional collaboration to develop, execute, and optimize marketing programs aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical professional with extensive experience in managing demand-focused marketing campaigns, strong SEO expertise, and familiarity with the creative industry. This is a remote, full-time position with flexibility for candidates globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning and Strategy:

Develop and implement marketing programs to achieve demand and revenue objectives.
Define program goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with stakeholders to align initiatives with broader marketing strategies.

Project Management:

Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and tech teams.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and external partners.
Provide regular updates on marketing initiatives and progress against objectives.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor and evaluate program performance using analytics tools.
Collaborate with the operations team to extract insights and inform decision-making.

Budget Management:

Support allocation and management of program budgets to optimize resources effectively.

Requirements
