Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $36+/hour + 15% overtime (1.5x) + performance bonus

First-Year Compensation Potential: $100K+

About the Role

This isn’t your typical “boilermaker” job. If you’re a Navy Nuke or technical veteran with experience in electrical, electronic, or control systems, this is your chance to break into a high-paying industrial career, no boiler experience required.

You’ll be trained to maintain and troubleshoot flow control systems, industrial electronics, and mechanical systems in industrial and energy environments. Think: hands-on work with mission-critical infrastructure and room to grow into a long-term, well-paid technical career.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems, focusing on flow management, electrical controls, and industrial electronics
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on-site at customer locations
Travel within a designated territory (vehicle provided or reimbursed)
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
Follow all safety, regulatory, and compliance protocols on the job

What You Bring

Preferred Background

Navy Nuclear Technicians (EMN, ETN, MMN) or other veterans with a technical rate/MOS
Candidates with experience in:
- Industrial controls, automation, or maintenance
- Electrical systems or troubleshooting
- Electronic/mechanical repair
- Willingness to train and upskill into boiler systems and controls

Required Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Comfort with industrial work environments and physical labor
Willing to travel within territory and handle on-call assignments

Work Environment

Job sites include industrial plants, energy facilities, and manufacturing locations
Daily travel within your assigned region
Mix of indoor/outdoor, technical, and physical work
Training and mentorship are provided for new hires
