Job Opportunity: Journeyman Electrician – Industrial Applications

Great Basin Staffing LLC is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician with expertise in industrial electrical systems. This is a great opportunity to work on complex projects with potential for long-term or direct placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in water treatment facilities, PLCs, motors, controls, and engineering specifications, along with the ability to manage back-office paperwork.

Position Details:

Location: North Salt Lake City
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: $38 - $42 per hour (based on experience)
Duration: Temporary with potential for long-term or direct placement

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
Perform work on water treatment facilities, including PLCs, motors, controls, and cable trays.
Interpret and work from schematics, plans, and prints.
Manage back-office paperwork and ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and maintain safety protocols.

Requirements:

Active Journeyman Electrician License.
Extensive industrial experience, including water treatment facilities.
Proficiency with PLCs, motors, controls, cable trays, and related equipment.
Strong skills in reading and interpreting schematics and engineering documentation.
Ability to handle administrative tasks and back-office work efficiently.
Reliable transportation and flexibility for project demands.
