Job Title: Valuer
Location: Selly Oak, Birmingham
Basic Salary: Competitive
OTE: Up to £59,960 per annum

A minimum of 1 year's experience in Valuations is required.

A mutli-branch, highly reviewed estate agency is looking for professional and motivated Valuer.

The ideal applicant should have an outgoing and bubbly personality, capable of giving full commitment and being prepared to work hard. Good IT skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure. An ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to become a further your career as a Valuer with one of the leading Estate Agents.

Responsibilities for this Valuer role will include:

Conducting valuations
Selling Professional Photography
Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
Creating write-ups
Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations

Skills & Experience for this Valuer role:

12+ months Estate Agency experience required
Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
Creating new leads
Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals

Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm,
Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
