We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This role demands a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, a proven marketing leadership track record, and the ability to drive brand growth in a competitive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, driving go-to-market plans for new partnerships, products, and ecosystem developments.
Enhance and elevate our brand identity within the blockchain industry.
Lead strategic positioning and craft compelling content and narratives around chain abstraction, establishing us as a thought leader.
Design strategies to grow and engage developer and user communities through digital and real-world activations.
Position leadership and team members for greater visibility via conferences, podcasts, and media opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with KOLs, media houses, and other stakeholders globally and regionally to expand our presence.
Build and manage a high-performing marketing team focused on delivering measurable results.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business development teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.
Define, monitor, and report key marketing metrics to measure success and inform strategic decisions.

Required Experience

7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within blockchain or technology.
Proven success in creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with expertise in crafting engaging narratives.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and web analytics.
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing teams.
