Job Title: Dermatologist / Cosmetologist
Location: Muscat, Oman
Start Date: ASAP
Salary Range for Specialist: 2500-3500 OMR | 6300 - 8700 EUROS per month TAX FREE PLUS package accommodation, visa, medical insurance.

Objectives of the Role:

The Dermatologist/Cosmetologist will be responsible for providing professional consultation and advice on effective aesthetic treatment solutions for patients. They will perform a wide range of injectable, non-invasive, and non-surgical procedures in the clinic. The role includes providing clinical direction and professional leadership to nursing and clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care, safety, and continuous improvement for the patient experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Provide direction and framework to the clinic to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
Conduct patient consultations, discuss medical concerns, and recommend suitable treatments or products.
Develop, implement, and review medical standards and guidelines for nursing and clinical staff in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Ensure optimal usage of clinic equipment and procedures performed by qualified professionals.
Assist in resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries to enhance medical care quality.
Participate in conferences, meetings, and training sessions to enhance service quality.
Continuously improve clinical/technical knowledge, skills, and expertise.
Monitor clinic performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements.
Inspect clinic facilities, facilitate quality improvements, and replace outdated equipment.
Implement infection control procedures and maintain hygiene standards.
Establish and maintain professional therapeutic relationships with patients.
Gather and analyze patient information for effective treatment planning.
Maintain accurate documentation to support clinical decision-making, patient safety, and privacy.
Foster positive relationships with healthcare organizations and regulatory bodies.
Ensure adherence to local laws in administering treatments.
Create a positive workplace culture in alignment with the company’s mission and goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

Medical graduate from an accredited university (MD). Certification from the US, UK, or Australia is an advantage.
Diploma or Certification in Cosmetology is preferred.
Spoken Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years post-specialization experience in dermatology/cosmetology.

Expertise in Aesthetic Procedures: Fillers, Botox, Skin Booster, Hyaluronic Acid, Peels, Mesotherapy, PRP, Microdermabrasion, Cryolipolysis, Laser & Plexr, Morpheus8, CO2 laser, tattoo removal laser, Clear and Brilliant laser, and more.

Experience in Clinic Setup: Previous experience in setting up a cosmetic dermatology clinic, including operational procedures and services.

Patient Care: Strong aftercare approach and ability to communicate effectively with clients pre- and post-procedure.
