Keep up to date with the complete range of products and services, offering customers relevant information and advice to assist them in choosing the best options for their financial goals.
Spot opportunities to promote and upsell products and services.
Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions are in full compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Foster strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and solutions that meet their financial goals.
Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Statistics, Business Administration or a related field.
MSc in related fields will be considered an asset.

1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Customer Service or Sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage pressure effectively.
