Overview

Our client is seeking a highly analytical E-commerce Growth & Profitability Manager to drive marketplace growth across Amazon, Walmart, and direct e-commerce platforms. This role focuses on tracking sales performance, optimizing profitability, and improving inventory efficiency while implementing data-driven strategies to scale the business. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in forecasting, PPC, SEO, and e-commerce analytics.

Challenges you would face

Track monthly sales, revenue, and profit margins across Amazon, Walmart, and direct e-commerce channels
Analyze product performance and identify areas for optimization
Break down profitability per product, considering ad spend, fulfillment costs, and platform fees
Provide data-driven insights to highlight growth opportunities
Monitor and optimize storage costs by implementing just-in-time delivery projections
Reduce financial losses related to return issues, lost shipments, and freight forwarding inefficiencies
Conduct A/B testing on product listings, images, and descriptions to maximize conversion rates
Optimize SEO for product listings to improve marketplace rankings
Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Amazon, Google, Facebook, and Walmart
Forecast sales trends and plan inventory to prevent overstocking or understocking
Organize promotions and marketing campaigns to boost sales during key periods

The ideal candidate

Proven experience in e-commerce growth and marketplace optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Expertise in forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning
Proficiency in PPC advertising and SEO for e-commerce platforms
Experience in cost optimization strategies to maximize profitability
Ability to develop and execute A/B testing for product listings
