Job Tittle: Area Valuer
Location: Birmingham & Hybrid
Basic Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
OTE: £50,000+

A very well established, multi-branch estate agency is seeking a Property Valuer to join it's team. Unlike other valuers, this is a new role which will allow you to work out on the road, in one of several branches when you choose, and from home.

* A minimum of 12 months experience as a Valuer for an Estate Agency is required.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Property Valuations
Liaising directly with vendors and buyers
Arranging market appraisal appointments
Working to and achieving set targets
General Adminstration

Skills Required:

Experience working as a Valuer for a traditional Estate Agent
KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
Articulate, confident and intelligent
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
Excellent communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
Full, clean UK driving license

Extra details

09:00 – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday
Saturday Rota 1:4 (paid) (negotiatiable)
22 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (rising to 27 after qualifying period)
