ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a dynamic and innovative company in the technology sector, is seeking a driven Chief Financial Officer to lead finance operations.

Chief Financial Officer (5831/CFO/ESS/GR)

Role Overview:

As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group companies, ensuring robust financial planning, and providing data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, enhancing financial performance and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Oversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and risk management to ensure financial integrity.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
Collaborate with executive leadership to support business growth.
Evaluate investment opportunities and optimize capital allocation to support growth initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain operational excellence.
Identify initiatives to drive operational efficiency across the organization.
Implement and enhance financial systems, tools, and technologies to improve reporting and analytics.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, including at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity, preferably in the technology sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
An MBA, MSc, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
Tech-savvy with excellent proficiency in English.
Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate finance, and risk management.
Proven ability to excel in dynamic, high-growth environments.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a high degree of agility.
