Product Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their growing R&D team, focusing on developing advanced tools and products for the emerging online video market. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining product features, prioritizing the product roadmap, and ensuring the product aligns with business goals and user needs. A passion for AI and its impact on product development is highly desirable.

Challenges you would face

Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmap, translating strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and marketing, to deliver products that align with the company's vision
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market gaps
Analyze customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to enhance product offerings
Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of features
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and business impact
Coordinate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launch campaigns
Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Build strong relationships with users to deeply understand their challenges and requirements

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role
Strong ability to build relationships with development teams and business stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to demo products to internal and external groups
Passion for helping customers and end-users of products
Ability to work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, marketing, and legal
Entrepreneurial drive and ability to achieve goals in an innovative, fast-paced environment
