Challenges you would face

Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and user adoption
Customize HubSpot workflows, templates, and reports to meet sales team needs
Train and support team members on CRM best practices and new features
Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes for increased efficiency
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations
Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics
Provide actionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis
Oversee lead distribution, ensuring fairness and alignment with sales strategies
Monitor and optimize lead tracking, scoring, and conversion processes in HubSpot
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and IT teams for tool integration and strategy alignment
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within HubSpot and related tools
Evaluate and implement new tools and features to enhance the sales tech stack

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related role
Proficient in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reports, and integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
