Role description:

Develop and execute SEO strategy across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
Conduct in-depth SEO audits and competitor research to drive organic growth
Optimize site structure, indexing, and Core Web Vitals for performance improvement
Provide SEO recommendations to the content team (without writing content)
Build detailed reports and dashboards to track organic performance and keyword rankings

Must haves:

5+ years of SEO experience, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS startups/scale-ups
Deep expertise in technical SEO, including schema markup, page speed, and Core Web Vitals
Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog)
Webflow experience – ability to make structural optimizations independently
Experience with AI-driven SEO strategies and automation tools
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, comfortable handling large datasets

Nice to haves:

Python or SQL knowledge for SEO data analysis
