In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼

Creative Leadership: Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high creative standards.
Integrated Design Execution: Develop creative concepts across print, digital, and social media.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the motion team to create dynamic animations. Collaborate with the copy writers and strategy person while creating assets or concepts.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver graphic design that meets their objectives.
Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering their growth.
Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive visual identities across all touchpoints.
Workflow Management: Manage project timelines and maintain structured workflows.
Innovation: Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Skills you have 🚀

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
6+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on art direction.
Proven ability to create visually stunning and impactful designs.
Strong understanding of design principles and typography.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects.
Successfully manages time, process, and workflow.
Solid ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).
