Brand Representative

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Brand Representative – Sales-Focused Account Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee branded merchandise solutions. This remote role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in sales, client management, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in closing deals, building long-term relationships, and ensuring seamless client experiences.

Challenges you would face

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing deals
Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
Provide tailored branded merchandise solutions to meet client needs
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue opportunities
Maintain client engagement through exclusive deals, promotions, and timely follow-ups
Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities and CRM management
Work with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies
Track sales activities, conversations, and deals in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Attend industry events and trade shows in the U.S. twice a year
Provide real-world insights to refine sales and marketing strategies

The ideal candidate

Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to close deals and hit targets
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts
Ability to conduct effective email campaigns, discovery calls, and client follow-ups
