Sales & Account Support Coordinator (Ref. 5835/ SASC/RS/GR)

Profile
The role will support commercial activities by managing customer accounts, tracking orders and approaching new clients through combined online research. The candidate will collaborate with the sales and procurement departments to ensure smooth process flow and the achievement of commercial goals, while personally handling initial communication with new clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing orders and tracking their progress
Supporting the commercial team in all aspects of sales and customer account management
Initial communication with potential clients and suppliers, aiming to establish and develop stable cooperation channels through systematic and targeted effort
In-depth market research using all available tools to identify and evaluate potential clients and suppliers, in order to enhance the network of partnerships.
Communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
Coordinating with other departments to complete orders and resolve issues
Updating customer and supplier databases

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
Any specialization in chemistry or chemical engineering will be highly valued
Experience in supporting commercial operations is essential
Excellent command of English, knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet tools
Openness, awareness, and strong organizational and communication skills
Curiosity and goal orientation
