About the Role: We are looking for an SEO Content Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our content production efforts. This position is ideal for someone passionate about SEO-driven content creation and execution. You will be responsible for creating detailed content briefs, ordering content, managing content revisions and approvals, selecting relevant images, and implementing content across various CMS platforms. Your work will directly impact our organic search performance and content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive SEO content briefs, ensuring writers have clear guidelines on keywords, structure, and search intent.
Order and manage content from freelance writers, agencies, or internal teams, ensuring timely delivery.
Review and provide feedback on content drafts to align with SEO best practices and brand voice.
Oversee the approval process, coordinating with stakeholders to finalize content.
Select, edit, and optimize images to enhance content engagement and SEO.
Implement content across various CMS platforms, including WordPress and other commonly used systems.
Ensure proper internal linking, metadata optimization, and formatting for SEO-friendliness.
Track content performance and optimize existing content based on data insights.
Collaborate with the SEO team to refine content strategy based on industry trends and performance analytics.
Maintain project organization using Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Generate reports and insights on content performance using SE Ranking or similar SEO tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

2+ years of experience in SEO-focused content management.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles, keyword research, and search intent.
Experience working with SE Ranking or similar SEO tools for content planning and tracking.
Proficiency in WordPress and other common CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of image editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
Experience with project management software like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
Strong editorial skills with the ability to review and refine content for SEO and readability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in content marketing for specific industries (e.g., home services, healthcare).
Familiarity with schema markup and structured data best practices.
Understanding of Google Search Console and GA4 for tracking content performance.
