Basic: up to £24,000 - £25,000
OTE: £27,000+

12 months Lettings Administration or 12 months Lettings Negotiating

A unique opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to join our client dynamic team at the Great Barr Office. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual with a strong background in the property sector. This role offers excellent career progression and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Effectively manage your time to maximize appointments and activity levels.
Identify client requirements and match them with suitable properties from our portfolio.
Maintain a professional and polite telephone manner while effectively communicating details.
Qualify applicants, arrange, and conduct property viewings.
Negotiate between landlords and tenants to secure successful tenancies.
Oversee the referencing progression process.
Create and manage move-in contract packs.
Conduct office-based move-in appointments.
Report daily activity to the manager.
Deliver exceptional client service at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar lettings role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A proactive and target-driven approach.
A full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Annual Leave: 20 days (rising to 25) plus Bank Holidays
