AI Developer

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven business solutions. This role involves working with machine learning models, natural language processing, and API development to create intelligent and scalable automation tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI models that enhance decision-making, analytics, and automation within enterprise environments.

Challenges you would face

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models tailored for business applications such as automation, analytics, and decision support
Build scalable AI pipelines and integrate them into enterprise systems
Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to translate pain points into AI-driven solutions
Optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and cost-efficiency in real-world applications
Preprocess and structure large datasets for AI model training
Implement feature engineering, model training, and fine-tuning techniques
Continuously improve AI models using real-world feedback and performance metrics
Develop APIs and deploy AI models into production environments
Ensure AI solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable in business applications
Collaborate cross-functionally with content management and creator growth teams to align AI capabilities with company objectives

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI development, preferably in a media technology setting
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Extensive knowledge of API development and integration
Solid understanding of A/B testing, data analysis, and performance metrics
Experience developing scalable AI solutions with a focus on enterprise applications
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency working with Docker
Experience using relational databases and SQL, preferably PostgreSQL
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a web framework with ORM for Python, with Django being a plus

Plus

Experience with automated testing in Python
Familiarity with design patterns and clean code principles
Hands-on experience with Git and code reviews
