Job Description: A family based between Dubai and Oman is seeking a Female Junior Private Chef to join their household team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian or Arabic cuisine with a focus on healthy diet preparation. This position requires flexibility to travel between Dubai and Oman as needed and integrate seamlessly with the family's lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily meals for the family, focusing on healthy Indian or Arabic cuisine.
Plan and execute weekly menus that cater to the nutritional needs and preferences of the family.
Manage kitchen inventory, including shopping for ingredients and maintaining supplies.
Ensure all meals are prepared hygienically and to high standards of quality.
Adapt menus as necessary to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure smooth operation within the residences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

Proven culinary experience, particularly in Indian or Arabic cuisine, with an emphasis on healthy meals.
Professional culinary training or equivalent on-the-job experience.
Passionate about cooking with a willingness to experiment and try new healthy recipes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to live in and travel between Dubai and Oman as part of job duties.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Energetic, creative, and able to work independently.
