This company is seeking an Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to join their growing team. This role involves developing and maintaining their scalable, secure platform, with a strong focus on backend development and DevOps. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain new features, bug fixes, and core products.
Write and maintain technical documentation.
Integrate third-party services such as Stripe, Google, and Twilio into applications.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and collaborative development.
Manage and deploy applications using DevOps best practices.
Develop and maintain end-to-end tests for platform reliability.
Contribute to Figma specs and become a domain expert in the company’s solutions.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience with Node.js and React.
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and deploying production applications.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
Experience integrating third-party services into applications.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
Leadership qualities and ability to take ownership in a small, fast-paced team.
Experience maintaining legacy systems is an asset.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least one in-office day per week in downtown Vancouver.
