Parker Stewart is seeking a Health & Safety Officer for one our best clients in Construction for an role based on the Continent.

Develop, implement, and monitor Health and Safety policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with legal standards.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide training and guidance to employees regarding safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on safety performance and compliance.
Collaborate with management to ensure safety programs are integrated into daily operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in legislation related to health and safety.
Act as the main point of contact for all health and safety-related inquiries.

Degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Certification in health and safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.

A minimum of 3 years experience in a health and safety role, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing safety programs.
Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

Annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000, commensurate with experience.
