What Youll Be Doing:

Market Research: Analyze recruitment and global market trends, define salary ranges, and stay ahead of the curve
End-to-end recruitment: Create job descriptions, post on advertising platforms, screening, sourcing, conducting analysis of the health of the process, communicate with candidates, conduct and prepare for each interview, check references, present candidates to our clients
Client communication: critical analysis of the candidates through overview, presenting candidates to our clients, restructuring processes to fit each of our client's needs, sending weekly-bases reports to ensure the success of our communication
Team-work and collaboration: exchanging experiences and developing strategies with our recruitment team to better exceed and handle our day-to-day tasks

Who Were Looking For:

English Proficiency: C1/C2 levelthis is crucial!
Recruitment Experience: Youve got a few years (2+) of experience in interviewing, screening, and sourcing.
Empathetic & Curious: You love understanding people and enjoy meaningful conversations.
Organized & Punctual: You thrive in well-structured environments and never miss a deadline.
Flexible & Positive: Youre adaptable, optimistic, and a great team player.
Analytical Thinker: Strong research and critical thinking skills are your forte.
Bonus Points: Experience or education in recruitment, HR, psychology, or marketing.
