Lead the Training and Learning Department, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the organization.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations to determine and provide effective learning solutions.
Manage departmental budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial performance.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Lead a team of trainers and learning professionals, providing them with guidance, support, and opportunities for further development.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs are relevant and meet workplace needs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback and changing industry standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in training and development roles, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze training needs and develop tailored solutions based on those needs.

15 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a corporate environment.
Experience in the Gulf region or a strong understanding of the local market and cultural nuances.
Proven ability to leverage technology in training programs, including e-learning and virtual training tools.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology.
