Electrical Engineer (Energy Department)

On behalf of a client, a well-established company specializing in the production of clinker and cement, we are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Energy Department in Larnaca.

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

Effective Energy Management through monitoring and analysis of Energy Consumption and Performance
Implementation, supervision, and organization of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System
Study, design, and implementation of projects to improve the factory's energy consumption, including renewable energy projects

Participation in the Electricity Market across the full range of the Company's operations:
- Providing comprehensive support to connected producers and customers
- Analysis of profiles and production data of photovoltaic systems
- Research of new production methods and conducting techno-economic analyses
- Participation in all aspects of the wholesale and retail electricity market
- Monitoring and reconciliation of account balances related to electricity market transactions

Position’s Requirements

BEng in Electrical Engineering
Experience in the specific field/sector will be considered an additional qualification
Very good knowledge of statistics/data analysis
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages
Excellent use of MS Office

Working hours: 07.00 – 15.00
Salary range: €18,000 - €21,000 gross
