Role Overview: As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lettings department, managing a team of negotiators, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer service. You will have a strong background in residential lettings and the ability to manage and grow a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the lettings team to achieve and exceed targets.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.
Oversee the entire lettings process, from property listings to tenancy agreements.
Conduct market appraisals and provide expert advice to landlords.
Ensure properties are marketed effectively to attract high-quality tenants.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Stay up to date with local rental market trends and industry regulations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and legislation.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in residential lettings, with management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of the Stanmore property market and surrounding areas.
Ability to generate new business and build strong client relationships.
A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Full UK driving licence.
