Job Description

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be part of a small, dynamic team led by an internationally experienced and supportive manager. Your primary role is to assist the account management team with administrative tasks to maximize revenue in alignment with the company’s strategy. The possibiity excist that you can grow into a full business developer.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both short- and long-term business goals. You will provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers, handling administrative tasks related to sales and purchase orders, including after-sales support.

All employees are expected to perform their duties in accordance with the company’s Health and Safety Policy and other relevant policies and procedures. The job description may be periodically reviewed and updated to ensure it accurately reflects the role’s responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process sales quotations.
Create and manage sales and purchase orders.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Work cross-functionally to enhance service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
Address customer and supplier issues, including financial matters, when necessary.
Act as a professional representative of the company in all customer interactions.
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and delivery schedules.
Expedite purchase orders and maintain shipping and delivery records.
Ensure all sales administration tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven individual with a passion for sales. While experience in the electronic components industry is not required, an understanding of sales and supply chain processes is essential. More than product knowledge, we value your attitude, adaptability, and fit within the company culture.

This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure is key. A technical affinity or interest in electronics is a plus, as is experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Language Skills

Fluent or native-level English is required.
Fluency in Swedish is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

The salary is competitive and aligned with the Swedish market for sales roles, including both a fixed salary and a commission-based component. The position comes with a local Swedish contract.

Selection Process

The recruitment process is handled by Beyondo. After an initial screening, selected candidates will be introduced to the hiring manager. The first interview will be with the General Manager in Sweden, preferably in person at the Stockholm office (a digital meeting is optional). A second interview will be conducted with a representative from the company’s headquarters.
