Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to assist with bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, and closing books at the end of each month. The company recently transitioned to NetSuite, and we require someone with a strong background in both bookkeeping and NetSuite to streamline financial processes and ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, and expenses.
Account Reconciliation: Ensure all accounts are properly reconciled and up-to-date.
Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
NetSuite Management: Utilize NetSuite to process financial transactions, automate accounting tasks, and generate reports.
Deposits and Payments: Oversee and manage deposits, payments, and related financial tasks.
Financial Reporting: Generate and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the outsourced accounting team to ensure smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Experience

NetSuite Experience: Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (required).
Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
Automation Knowledge: Experience working with automated accounting systems and processes.
Experience with Monthly Closures: Familiarity with closing the books at month-end and preparing reports.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using various accounting tools and software.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of consumer goods is a plus but not required.
Experience working with remote teams and managing projects across different time zones.
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
