Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL, SQL, and data visualization, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decisions.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from relational databases.
Implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure efficient data transformation and integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data governance.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis to improve business performance.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring complex data is communicated effectively to non-technical audiences.
Stay up to date with industry trends, BI technologies, and best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise in data analysis, warehousing, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Ability to translate business needs into technical data solutions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong business acumen to align data insights with strategic goals.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles.
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL workflows.
Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
Exposure to cloud-based data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a plus.
Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical methods and predictive analytics is a plus.
