ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a multinational home appliances and consumer electronics company, is looking for a Key Account & Category Manager.

Key Account & Category Manager (5862/KAM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the key point of contact for accounts, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions, driving revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze account performance, ensuring customer retention and engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to deliver exceptional client experience.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize value for both the organization and customers.
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to suggest and drive product improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PLM, sales, and marketing) to develop and enhance product offerings.
Define product roadmaps, features, and go-to-market strategies.
Ensure products meet business goals, customer expectations, and industry standards.
Define communication actions and plans that will drive awareness, consideration and sales.
Provide training and support to sales teams and customers on product knowledge and value propositions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Product Management, or a related role.
Strong understanding of B2C sales, client relationship management, and product development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and customer insights to make informed decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
