We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our well-established independent estate agency in Hampstead. Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full lettings process, from market appraisals to tenancy agreements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Generating new business and securing quality rental properties
Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
Staying up to date with market trends and legislative changes
Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
Assisting in the training and development of junior team members

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years’ experience in a lettings negotiator role
Strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Knowledge of the Hampstead property market (preferred)
ARLA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Full UK driving licence and own car
