Key Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting high-level executives.
Proactive and adaptable, able to step in when a scheduler is unavailable.
24/7 availability for urgent requests via text, though this will be infrequent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, appointments, and travel logistics.
Ensure seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Step in to handle scheduling duties when needed.
Handle urgent tasks and requests as they arise.
Oversee correspondence and communications on behalf of executive.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
