ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a Leading Global Technological Company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team:

Product Manager (5875/PM/ESS/GR)

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for an important category of the company. The candidate will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product lifecycle.
Responsible for the product strategy & roadmap and product release plans.
Preparation of the annual business plan for the entire range of the Product Category as per the overall strategic direction of the management.
Responsible for quantities, value and gross margin targets for the product category
Develop the product Life Cycle Management including pricing strategies, product launches, consumer demand forecasting, competitor tracking
Develop channel strategy and manage channel conflicts, product marketing, market sensing & action for sellout management HQ Liaison
Manage promotional budget and evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Propose local recommendations in product planning, pricing & budgeting
Prepare model wise sales planning & forecasting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
Review Sales forecasting & provide Demand adjustments based on promotional plans
Planning & managing inventories under set norms

Qualifications:

4-5 years of relevant corporate working experience in product management and within a demanding corporate multinational environment
Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, business administration, or any other relevant field
Master’s degree in marketing or MBA would be considered as an asset
Combination of critical, commercial, and data-driven thinking
Organizational skills with proven ability to work within strict deadlines and be able to prioritize
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent level of English language
