AUTO BODY REPAIRMAN – VISBY, GOTLAND / SWEDEN

Period:

Start date as soon as possible

After passing arrival the 14-day test period 3-month contract followed by a possible long-term contract offer.

No of hours per week:

Minimum 40 hours (additional hours can occasionally occur)

Pay per hour:

EUR 21 per hour pre-taxes. A possible performance bonus might be introduced.

Swedish Self Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depending on annual income level) alternative posted self-employed from the country of resident rules apply.

Expected net earnings 3-month contract period, if Swedish Self Employment as a non-resident and no absence, minimum hours – Euro 6,880.

Note that there is a good possibility of becoming a long-term contracted person who becomes a resident in Sweden through this position.

Qualifications:

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

Fair and communicative English
Experience as a car plater, PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) and auto body repairing
Paint and prep technician
Positive to physical work
Having a good health condition

Assessment is done from CV and references.

Selection process:

Once a candidate is approved, he must sign a probationary agreement for the first 14 days of the test period. If approved after 14 days, the candidate will sign a contract for 3 months as self-employed.

At the end of the first contract if all agree a long-term contract can be made that can be used for applying for residency.

Task:

The auto body repairman works for the mechanic shop (to prepare the cars for the car painter). Team work with other staff but also independent tasks.

The ultimate client:

The company got a handful of Swedish staff and management in the workshop including customer handling. The Company will move to new larger facilities in the mid-2025 close to the current facility.

Accommodation:

Accommodation follows partner agency’s minimum standards (that includes WI-FI 24/7).

House with shared kitchen and bathroom. Every person has own room. At present only one person uses one room some weekday in the week.

Accommodation is located 30 meters from the workshop.

The company also have a car for domestic use in accordance with agreement from time to time.

Note that the Island of Gotland is a beautiful place specially during the spring and summer. Lots of nature, beaches and possibilities to do various sports, biking and fishing.

Travel:

Paid travel to and from country of origin at arrival and departure by partner agency at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).

Support by partner's internal staff for administration, travel and miscellaneous details

Bed cloth PROVIDED by the client.

Work clothes PROVIDED by the client
