Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to support the growth of a boutique consulting firm. This part-time, remote role focuses on expanding brand visibility, managing CRM and outreach systems, and building a scalable lead pipeline. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment with a blend of autonomy, creativity, and strategic execution.

Challenges you would face

Collaborate with the CEO to define and implement a marketing roadmap
Coordinate and optimize LinkedIn outreach (via Dripify) and email marketing campaigns (via HubSpot)
Track engagement and campaign performance, iterating quickly based on results
Manage and improve HubSpot CRM workflows, segmentation, and automations
Support list-building and campaign targeting efforts
Ensure consistent follow-ups and manage outreach communications and CTAs
Co-create and repurpose content with the CEO for use across LinkedIn, newsletters, and lead magnets
Coordinate freelancers and manage branded asset consistency
Maintain and update branded templates and pitch decks

The ideal candidate

3–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally within consulting or professional services
Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Dripify, and email automation tools
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
Creative thinker with a structured, execution-focused approach
High proficiency in English (C1+), with excellent written communication skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building new processes from scratch

Plus

Interest in identifying offline brand-building opportunities like conferences
Experience expanding into new digital channels (e.g. guest posting, podcasting)
Familiarity with SEO strategy and implementation
