Role requirements:

Oversee the end-to-end management of warehousing, logistics, and distribution functions, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Optimise inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimise costs, and improve cash flow.
Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers, transportation providers, and internal teams.
Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all operational processes, adhering to regulatory and company policies.
Implement effective operational strategies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain.

Candidate requirements:

Proven track record of success in warehousing, logistics, and distribution roles, demonstrating strong operational skills and achievements.
Familiarity with UK Customs Clearance processes is advantageous, highlighting a clear understanding of compliance and international logistics.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative working environment.
