What You Will Do

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the key liaison between StoneAge Solutions and its clients, ensuring technical needs are met while driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You'll manage customer accounts, provide tailored technical solutions, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and operations teams to deliver outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
Provide technical expertise and customized product solutions for industrial cleaning applications.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver engineered solutions that meet client needs.
Track sales metrics and maintain accurate records in CRM software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or in a similar role.
Understanding of high-pressure tooling, automated systems, or waterblast industry is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
