Full Stack Developer

Our client, a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the real estate space, is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to become the first technical hire on their team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of technical decisions, expand an MVP into a robust platform, and help shape the future direction of the company. The ideal candidate will work across the full stack and play a key role in the long-term product and engineering vision.

Challenges you would face

Design and implement scalable backend services using NodeJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud
Develop responsive and dynamic frontend interfaces using React, SCSS, and TypeScript
Lead architectural decisions and define the technical direction of the platform
Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using Vitest
Work closely with the founding team to translate product vision into functional and user-centric features
Participate in code reviews and promote best engineering practices
Operate in an agile environment to ship high-quality iterations quickly
Adapt to wearing multiple hats in a startup environment

The ideal candidate

5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in NodeJS, TypeScript, React, SCSS, and PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with Serverless Architectures on platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure
Expertise in unit testing and test-driven development
Solid understanding of engineering best practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

Plus

Experience integrating APIs like Stripe or Twilio
Familiarity with Google Cloud Tasks, Kafka, or other messaging/queuing systems
Understanding of AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langraph, or Llamaindex
