GROUPS CONSULTANT: INBOUND

ROLE :
To organize travel arrangements from start to finish. Checking availability, booking services, working closely with the Production Consultant, liaising with clients

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Intermediate to senior 2+ years experience
Salary: negotiable and/or based on current earnings and experience
Product knowledge essential
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
To handle all functions from A – Z from reservations to invoicing
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in other computer software a plus (tourplan, wetu, etc.)
Fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
French speaker if possible but not essential
