Senior Recruiter – Client Manager

Overview

Lupa Hire is looking for a Senior Recruiter – Client Manager with strong critical thinking skills, advanced English, and a solid track record in client-facing recruitment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in tech recruiting (bonus points for marketing experience), who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and knows how to manage accounts while sourcing top talent.

You’ll be working directly with U.S.-based clients, leading end-to-end recruiting processes, and helping shape the future of growing companies across the Americas. The ideal candidate brings a business-oriented mindset, with a strong understanding of revenue impact, recruiting KPIs, attention to detail, and how to align hiring strategies with client goals.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, and follow-up
Manage and grow client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic support
Advise clients on hiring strategy, salary benchmarks, and candidate profiles
Identify and attract high-quality talent across LATAM, with a focus on tech and digital roles
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve recruitment challenges efficiently

Requirements

Advanced English (spoken and written) – daily communication with U.S. clients
3+ years of experience as a headhunter or in specialized recruitment, ideally in tech or marketing
Proven experience in account management and direct client interaction
Familiarity with sourcing tools, competency-based interviews, and tracking recruitment pipelines
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and self-management
