Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Health Care Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, support healthcare staff, and provide excellent service to patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality
Coordinate staff schedules and appointments
Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments
Order and maintain office and medical supplies
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff training
Support communication between patients, families, and medical staff

Requirements:

Previous experience in healthcare administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with healthcare software and billing systems
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
