Senior Java Backend Developer

For one of our clients, a German company creating digital products in the healthcare industry, we are hiring a Senior Java Backend Developer.

Main Responsibilities 💼

Key Requirements 🔎

5+ years of professional experience in Java
Experience with Spring Boot
Strong Knowledge of Relational Databases
Knowledge in microservices architecture, distributed systems and event driven architectures
Focused on backend development
Deep knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle best-practices
Deep knowledge in CI/CD principles
Experience in Cloud Providers like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud - Azure is preferable
Domain Driven Design and Dependency Management
Unit testing - JUnit
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Teamwork
Self-motivated, initiative and passionate about your work
Desire to step in new technologies

Advantages 💪

Experience in Docker and container-orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes for large scale deployment of microservices
Knowledge of NoSQL
GitHub Actions, Experience with Code as Infrastructure (Terraform)
